Refund Policy
At Dhanwantari Institute of Higher Education, we maintain a transparent and structured fee policy. Students and parents are advised to read the refund terms carefully before taking admission.
Registration Fee
- The registration/application fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- This fee is charged to process admission and secure a provisional seat.
Tuition Fee Refund Policy
Before Course Commencement:
- If a student cancels admission before the course begins, a partial refund may be provided after deducting:
- Registration fee
- Administrative charges
After Course Commencement:
- No refund will be provided once classes have started.
- Fees paid for the academic year will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Admission Cancellation Process
To request cancellation, the student must:
- Submit a written application (email or physical letter)
- Provide admission details and payment proof
👉 Verbal requests will not be considered.
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days
- The amount will be credited through the original payment method or bank transfer
Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
- Failure to attend classes after admission
- Discontinuation of course midway
- Violation of institute rules or disciplinary action
Institute Rights
Dhanwantari Institute of Higher Education reserves the right to:
- Modify the refund policy at any time without prior notice
- Approve or reject refund requests based on internal review
